By accessing Periodical, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a minor athlete, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian.

Service

TSAI Periodical provides a game-day journal, skill benchmarks, and development insights for youth hockey participants. Features may change during beta.

Acceptable use

Use accurate information; do not impersonate others
Do not attempt to bypass security controls (session limits, MFA, provisioning gates)
Journal content should remain respectful and appropriate for a youth sports environment

Accounts

New users may require administrator approval. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and completing MFA when prompted.

Data & privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors list describe how data is handled. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant TSAI a license to host and process it to operate the service.

Termination

TSAI may suspend access for violation of these terms or at an organization's request. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to them.

Minors

A participant under 18 cannot be bound by these terms on their own. Where a participant is a minor, their parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on their behalf and gives the consents described in our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality obligations for pre-release material are undertaken by the parent or guardian in their own name, not by the minor.
